Our Services
Three Services, One Steady Approach
Each service is shaped around your circumstances — delivered with the same careful attention, regardless of the complexity involved.

Our Approach to Family Law
Listen First
We start by understanding your situation fully before offering any direction or advice.
Explain Options
We set out what is available to you in plain terms — court proceedings, mediation, or a combination.
You Decide
We do not push you toward any particular course of action. The choice always rests with you.
We Deliver
Once you decide to proceed, we handle the work professionally and keep you informed at every stage.
Service 01
Confidential Family Consultation
A private meeting to talk through your circumstances and understand your priorities. We explain your options, including mediation, in plain terms and let you decide at your own pace. There is no expectation to proceed with any particular course of action.
The consultation is a space entirely for you — a quiet, unhurried opportunity to share what is happening, ask what you need to know, and leave with a clearer picture of where things stand legally.
- Private, no-pressure setting in Subang Jaya
- Mediation options explained alongside court routes
- Written summary of options provided afterwards
- Duration: typically 60–90 minutes
Service 02
Divorce and Separation Representation
Tactful representation through divorce or separation, including documents, correspondence, and negotiation. We aim for calm, respectful outcomes and keep you informed and supported throughout the process.
Whether your circumstances are straightforward or require more involved negotiation, we handle the procedural side carefully — so you can focus on moving forward.
Initial case review
We assess the grounds, the assets, and the relevant considerations before advising on a strategy.
Document preparation and filing
We prepare and file all necessary court documents accurately and on time.
Negotiation and hearing attendance
We represent you in negotiations and, where required, in court hearings — keeping the tone as constructive as possible.
Service 03
Custody and Maintenance Support
Careful assistance with custody, access, and maintenance arrangements, always focused on the children's welfare. We represent your interests before the relevant authorities and handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion throughout.
Children's matters require particular care. We approach each case by examining what arrangement would genuinely serve the child's interests — and building your case around that foundation.
- Child welfare assessment as the starting point
- Custody and access order applications
- Maintenance quantum advice and applications
- Representation before the Family Court or Syariah Court
- Variation of existing orders where circumstances change
